I am an international student, in my OPT year. I just got married 2 days ago. Can I have the work permit now, or just wait for a green card?

Yes you can, did you file yet for your Green Card? I recommend you go to your lawyer ASAP! He will file a form to ask for the work permit and the Green Card at the same time.

The moment you file the petition for Adjustment of Status (AOS), you loose your F-1 status. If you want to continue working for the company you work for right now, you can apply for Employment Authorization along with the documents for AOS. But until you get your new work permit, you can't get paid because that's illegal. If you want to work, you can work voluntarily until you get your new work permit. So be careful with that.

Yes, you can. Just apply for the work authorization card. I did the same thing when I was waiting for my Green Card.
