No, you are taking the healthy option to handling stress...good work! The only thing I would advise is watch your knees, joints, shins, feet...if they start to feel bad cut back on the running a bit and throw in some low impact cardio, such as using a stairclimber. Otherwise, keep running! Exercise is the best medicine for stress, anxiety, and depression in my book. Oh, be sure to eat plenty of protein and an omega-3 supplement (fish oil) probably wouldn't hurt. Keep up the good work!

No, it's probably the best thing you can do to relieve stress. Just keep an eye on your heartbeat & blood pressure.
