In a pan add olive oil, three cloves of fresh garlic sliced and then simmer garlic til golden, add spinich leaves and saute adding a little water so it won't burn. Add pepper, salt and a little red flake pepper. Spinich takes about 5 to 8 minutes to cook.

I'd add some minced garlic to the olive oil, perhaps some finely diced onions, sea salt, fresh ground pepper and at the end add some freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice.

Garlic, Salt & Pepper. You could even add a little red pepper flake to it and spice it up a bit. You could just add lemon juice if you like fresh is best but if you don't have fresh a splash from the container won't hurt.
