I don't really see that a questio has been asked but aren't you glad that you won't be held accountable for the things they have done, only for what you have done? It's nice to know that we don't have to take on anybody's sins but our own - Gee, isn't that what Christ did? Did't HE take on all of our sin?

We need to put our eyes on Christ and stop using people like Haggard, Swaggart etc as examples in the Christian world.

Atheist use people like the above to critcize and put down the Christians and I for one get kind of tired of it - sorry today I'm just plain tired

You do understand that Christ isn't being literal?
This lesson is to not allow an opening for sin to pollute you by severing anything that will make you sin.
Not body parts.
