LOL no. it doesn't work
what you have to get is a sprinkler, and leave it on sometimes, AS water does tend to scare cats sometimes.

if that does not work, try getting something like a scarecorw to scare the cat away.

:]

use heavy plastic, aluminum foil, double-sided tape, pet repellents, or scat mats to limit her access to the area where she inappropriately eliminates.

Try Feliway, Be sure to follow the manufacturer's recommendations.

If you catch the cat in the act of urinating or defecating outside (or even using the digging motion), use a remote correction. This generally means doing something that will startle him/her. Tossing a pop can with a few coins inside of it and taped shut toward the cat (but not at her!) may get her to stop. Foghorns, whistles, and water pistols are other options. It is best if she does not associate you with the correction, but thinks it 'comes out of the blue.'

It is true that cats don't like the scent of anything citrus, but why should you go to all that trouble? An even better solution would be to go the neighbor's and ask them to keep their cat inside where it belongs. If you tell them it's doing it's business on your car, maybe they'll listen.

To keep my cats out of my plants I use moth balls. You might try that. It works for me. The smell is awful at first but it fades, especially outside. I tried orange peels with mine and one of them just came right up to them & licked them! I don't think those work.

I've heard that pepper works as well. And in the longer-term you can buy a plant (it's a type of hosta and sold under the name 'scardy-cat) that's supposed to give off a smell they dislike.

Try it. If that doesn't work try sprinkling ground Cayenne pepper around the porch.

Call your city and have the cat picked up! Most cities have laws about cats running free, just like they do dogs!! Damn cats!!

The only sure way to get those cats to stop the cats from crapping on your property is to shoot them.
