No. What I would do is make like i'm just successful. And I would buy billboards in my homwtown. And the only thing that would be on them would be a message that said "Chad B%&$#ings bought this billboard just for the heck of it." It might be dangerous to go public with that and still be able to frequent the areas you used to. Someone would try to get a ransom from u.

I know two people who won the lottery about 25 years ago. One had an all out party for friends. Lobster, shrimp, filet mignon, champagne, he did the works. The other guy, who was a lot older, keep a low profile. In thise day and age, I would try my best to keep the fact to myself. I don't need telephone calls and knocks on the door from everyone selling everything.

I'd like everyone to see me give most of my money to charity. I would keep enough to buy a nice flat and go on holiday a few times. Plus a few thousand for mates and my parents. The rest would go to the people who need it more than me.

You don't have a choice but to go public...at least with the Powerball type lotteries. If I had the option, I would not go public.

no i would not go public, if I did I would suddenly have 100 new cousins whom i never met. I would also not spend alot of money(buying new houses, new cars etc.) cause alot of people who are introduced to new money like that espeically if youve never been around money, end up going brankrupt because they eventually spend more money then they have. i would just play it safe cause you want your children to see some of that money too. whatever everyone is differnet and has there own opinion. good luck.

Would keep it quiet - couldn't take the hassle of the begging letters.
