Yes, if you have a food allergy, eating that food can make you 'foggy' mentally.

Yes Ginseng and ginger are very good for improving memory. But if you look at the type of food you are eating there are numbers on tins these are artificial flavours and colours different numbers are certain additives and they can hype you up,slow you down, and reduce memory function. Even some organic foods have these numbers on them so beware.

Alcohol. It can make you forget a lot of bad things you don't wanna remember!

Fish has been proven in many studies to be "brain food" and help w/ thinking and memory.

Guess which one I consume more of.... ;^)
