i'm 15 5'3 and wegh around 105-108 pounds i really don't know but my pulse is 50 beats per minute is this bad?

For a resting pulse, 50 is quite good, but if 50 isn't your RESTING pulse, and it's your pulse rate after you exercise, you should see a doctor.

If you are maintaining a good healthy diet, exercising properly and not malnourishing yourself you should be fine.

Don't worry about it, if you're not pale, experiencing headaches or body aches, your in splendid condition!

My son is a Navy Seal , a long distance runner and in EXCELLENT physical condition...his resting pulse is 50. That is excellent! It really depends on if you have any medical problems that would make a low pulse rate not ideal.Otherwise 50 is Great.

nothing wrong with that rate as long as you are maintaining adequate blood pressure.
