Like when a child is sexually abused, more often than not they think it's their fault? It can seem like there is no other answer, even though it's so obvious that they were an innocent victim of a horrible person.

Now if those victims can think something that is so obviously wrong, don't you think it might be time to uestion what you are sure of?

First, A young child is not able to make that distinction of who is at fault. Second, most children who are abused are warned by the abuser not to tell anyone else. Third, often the abuser will try to tell the child that the child's actions made him do what he did etc. Adults are not quite so gullible.

People who seek to make others question their faith in God are simply people who have not as of yet experienced God for themselves. I myself was like you for a long time. I am sorry that you have not had that experience. If and when the time comes that you do, you will understand our devotion to our Creator and feel very foolish for having the doubts in the first place. But in the mean time, please give us the respect as human beings that we deserve. We are not stupid or ignorant or guilty of "not having a life". I am educated, have raised four children, am working full time at a job that is meaningful and productive and my IQ ranges in the high 150's. I can assure you, my mind is not easily manipulated nor do I jump on the bandwagon for the latest "cause".

I already have. But seeing as how the universe has been proved as far as it is, it seems to be the logical choise. im also willing to toss away the big bang theory if something better and more logical comes along, but its the best so far and therefore i stick with it.
