I still love my ex-girlfriend. She was going through a very bad time in her life when we dated. I've heard from friends of hers that she's doing a lot better. We've had a few brief conversations, and that chemistry is still there, but I'm not sure how to get her to go out with me again. It would be too wierd to call her because we never talked on the phone....we're just not phone people I guess. But, I always catch her staring my way....or visa versa for her. I need help. I'm kind of shy and our break up was messy, so I don't know if she's still hurt.

Alright, one step at a time =) It's nice to hear she's doing better. Since the chemistry is still there it will make communication a bit easier, you know? If you see her a lot in public, ask her out then but make it casual. Something like, "want to get something to drink, coffee or whatever"...that way you can keep it light and casual and neither of you will feel awkward etc...break ups usually are messy unfortunately, but don't let that stop you. Just be nice and easy about it and let things go from there! Let me know what happens! Good luck!

Just call her and set up a time to catch up. Let her know how you feel. Try to not show the fear. If you love her and she is worth it bitting you'r tung and being pulled down by you'r fears isent gonna work. If you cant let her know what in you'r heart then maybe you'r not ready to jump into a relationship with her agean anytime soon!

Don't try, that was in the past, keep it pushin. We tend to see only the good things that happened in our previous relationships and not any of the bad things that cause the breakup in the first place. Let it go and move on.

Dude. Just muster up the courage and when no one else is around like after school or something walk up to her and express your feelings. But be like "we need to talk" or something along those lines. Good Luck
