My best friend of 16 years is getting married, and this is my first wedding to be in. Not only is this my first wedding but I'm the maid of honor. I want to make this super special for her and we always have fun no matter what we do. I would like some unique ideas on a bachlorette party. I also am hosting the wedding shower so any fun ideas for that would be great. Our group of friends are from 21-35 and we are both 25 we live in the Minneapolis/St.Paul MN area. The wedding is in the summer/fall time so the weather will be warm. Our group is a good bunch of people and we can have a sick mind but we are not perverts!! Just love our lives and each other!!! I just want this to be the best ever!! Also any good wedding day ideas or tidbits would be wonderful!!! Thank you so much!!

My wife and I go to a local stand up comedy club. We have seen a few bachlorette parties there and they seem to have a blast. Especially if the comedian gets a hold of them. Good luck and have a blast.

Maybe you gals can have an "activity" bachlorette party. Everyone go rock climbing or river rafting or something. (Insert your word puns about taking the plunge here.)

One bridal shower "game" that I have always thought was pretty funny is to have all the guests bring a pair of new undies to the party, the crazier or more "out there" the better. Hang them on the walls or a clothes line or whatever and make the bride guess who brought what.

if you have any paint your own pottery places in you area you can have it there, then all the things you make can be used as casual table wear by the bride & groom, they will have many fond memories for years when ever they use the pottery
