Drawing Down the Moon by Margot Adler is a classic.

I second Will's suggestion - Drawing Down the Moon, while a little dated (and off in a few sections), gives a great overview of Paganism as a whole.

If you're going to look at online booksellers, check out the review sections before selecting a book. There's a lot of books that are either poorly written, or poorly researched, so you'll want to be sure you're not wasting your money on something bad.

I went to Amazon and searched "pagan religions" and got at least four books listed plus other items. They had one interesting one about the pagan origins of christianity.

Now, Maurice- that was just plain rude. Comments like that are what disgruntled non-Christians are talking about when they condemn your beliefs.

Good books about any religion can be found in nearly any decent bookstore, amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, Waldenbooks, etc. Usually there is an alternate lifestyles section or religion and spirituality rack depending upon where you look. If you're having a really hard time, look in a bigger city and you'll find anything you want.

Peace.

well borders and such are all good. but go to this website and sign up, these people are so helpful, they know so much about paganism and different branches of it! seriously!!

and don't listen to those people, you'll still get to the other side if you don't follow Christianity. There is no hell and whatever god/dess there is out there loves you no matter what!

I suggest you ditch paganism and go with and stick with Jesus Christ and the Bible.
