I have read that it is best to do 15 mins twice, as opposed to 30 mins in one go. THis is because you are raising your heart rate on two seperate occassions. Also, you can work at a higher rate breaking it into two, in both sessions, whilst its harder to run at the same leveldoing it all at once. This will resultin your heart rate slowing down, and you burning less calories. Therefore, doing two workout of15 mins, should allow greater weight lose, because you can work at a higher rate, and this willburn more calories.

Remember, not to do exercise everyday, normally 3 - 4 days a week, with days 'off' inbetween them is a good idea! Keep the exercise varied, so you dont get bored of it, and have goals, such as if u like running, aim to run in the london marathon, thats may aim for when im 18!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

The main idea is to raise your pulse rate for a period of time.

Any exercise is good but it is probably better to go for the single 30 mins

It depends on what you do in those 15 minutes.......I think an exhaustive workout for 15 minutes twice per day is better than a mediocre workout for 30 minutes.....Get your heart rate up.

Technically you can do that but I would suggest you doing something you like (for example volleyball) so that it doesn't feel like exercise.
