the chinese shar-pei can be found from many reputable breeders, but make sure you do research on them before you buy this bred as many breeders will sell unhealthy dogs with serious health issues. im telling you as a breeder of the shar-pei for many years you do have to be careful with certain breeders make sure they have a contract with a written health ect ect , google search for shar-pei breeders in your area then check them all out and go from there!!

Please don't inquire about that subject in a web page. You will encourage many illegal breeders and people who mistreat dogs. And also please consider adopting a dog from an animal shelter. There are WAY WAY WAY too many stray dogs dying and being put to sleep to buy a purebred sharpei. Please consider these things and give this more thought before adopting or purchasing a dog.

DON'T BUY DOGS!! Man, this world needs a little eye-opener...go to your local shelter and adopt, don't be picky about the breed, all those dogs need a home. If you get from a pet store you are giving money to puppy mills....look up puppy mills online and you'll see where the pet store pups come from...not a pretty sight.

You could try googling Shar-Pei's or even visit some dog sites that might help. Try your local breeders or pet stores they'd be glad to get you a new puppy.
