On flights 2 hours or less I bring some chocolate bars and small junk like that. On flights up to 5 hours I bring a home-made turkey sandwich and snacks. On Trans-Atlantic and Trans-Pacific I don't usually bring a lot because I always sit in First Class and the food is always superb! This always occurs on Singapore Airlines, United Airlines, Air Canada, and KLM.

I usually have some crackers or biscuits and an apple with me, and of course tons of chewing gum.
You may call me strange, but I actually like the airline food... Yes, even the Economy Class food!!!

the best things to take on a long flight are tuna w/ crackers, trail mix, fruit, veggies, and a little candy. dont eat a lot of sodium because it is sooooo bad on your body in a plane.
