I would search Ebay for current items on sale now. Find similar items, note the price, and then add yours for equal or if you want a quick sale - less then asked by the other sellers. Or, you can take the easy way and just put everything up for 1 set price knowing that some will probably not sell but that others will be sold for too cheap but fast. Make sure you take note of what people are charging for shipping. You want to make sure you get this cost covered with your asking price and shipping costs.
Good luck!

Have you thought about selling stuff on Craigslist? You can set a higher price and always go down if someone gives you a great offer. Plus, you aren't charged a fee for posting stuff, and can leave the ad up for as long as you need. You can also have people come pick up the stuff, so you save time on getting it down the post office to ship. Also, if you think your stuff is worth it, try taking it to a consignment shop in your area. Most places will either give you a set price for all of your stuff up front, OR they will sell it, and you will get a set portion of whatever they get for it.
I just think ebay is too much of a hassle for baby stuff, as generally the shipping makes it not worth the effort. Good luck.

i say that you should take your items to a local children's resale store instead. even if they only give store credit, you can buy some really nice things there for your son, for very little money, that are the same condition (new or barely used) as the items you want to unload. it is a win win situation. look in your local yellow pages (or local yahoo search) for children's resale shops or second hand clothing stores. you will get what you would ultimately would have via eBay auction, you won't have to pay the eBay % and you will get new stuff for your son right away!

People specifically go on there to get things for cheap, so even if they are brand new they arent going to pay the same amount you paid for them plus shipping, theyd be better off just going to the store. Add up the actual value that you think you paid for the stuff then set your starting bid, maybe you can start at $.99(that will entice people) then put a reserve on it, so you dont let it get away for too cheap.

Does your town have a consignment store that you could approach about selling the items. These stores take on good quality items.I'm not sure what the split is but it would be another option for you to think about. I know I would rather examine the clothes before I purchased them.

Donate them. There are tons of charities with children who would love to wear what your son had the benefit of wearing. Your donation will not only be a welcomed gift for a mother who has nothing but you can take a tax write off.

Just think about how much you would be willing to pay for these items if you were looking at them, and put that price on them.

donate them to a shelter or call the fostercare co-ordinator. Some counties have emergency clothes closets for families in need.
