For one, you should never keep anger inside of you and locked it away; that just makes it worst. All you are doing is temporarily ignoring the fact someone or something has hurt you. The more you do it, the more it builds up inside of you. This may be contributed to your eating habits. You may be consuming much more than you normally do because it makes you feel better. But that is not a good thing to do. Uncontrollable eating is bad for your health. You said you think it's your emotional state doing it, that definitely is most likely the reason. I know it's hard to get hurt and betrayed by ones you trust, but you need to realize the type of people they really are. It's okay to be upset, but getting mad and anger is bad. All that does is hurt you, and not them. Putting on a brave face, and being brave are two very different things. Putting means you are hiding the fact you are upset. Try telling whoever made you the way you feel they have done so. If they listen you will know, however if they are meaner or just don't care than you know they are not a good person. If they are not a good person there's no reason to be mad, upset because you lost someone you may have trusted is okay, but never blame yourself; it's life and we can't always keep what we love. The best you can do is be strong, be yourself, and most of all be happy. Anger never gets things done, don't worry about what others say or do, if you know it not to be true that's all that matters. Your real friends know who you are and respect you for that, don't ever forget that. So, Yes!, it is dangerous to be in your state. Please let your grudges and anger go! Be who you are, and do the right things! Life is what you make of it, not others!
Hope you understood and best of luck! 8)

Talk to somebody. Somebody who will really listen to you. You are internalizing your feelings, all of your feelings. They are all most likely turning into anger. You may even be suffering some form of depression. Food is another way you are seeking to release what you are feeling. You need to start talking to someone you trust NOW. If you are a young person, it is better to talk to someone a little older, like a parent, older sibling, teacher or counselor. It is never good to let feelings negative feelings build up. It is not ok to let this go on.

It is not safe for your mental or physical state to eat to keep your feelings bottled up. Seek help from a therapist or psychiatrist to help you reolve the problems you are trying to bury deep inside. It does not make you brave to deal with them on your own in a way that doesnt help, it does make you brave to ask for help when you need it. Good luck.

Are u gaining weight or are you exercising it off. Is it junk food or healthy stuff? I do that too when I'm working in my office, I get uncontrollable hunger. Exercise and just drink bottles of water.
It does say something positive about your self control, you are putting up a strong front to keep your job and this is to be admired,

Just imagine, when you are eating, that what you are eating is your persecutor's flesh. The disgust at your cannibalistic turn should cure both your anger and your over eating. Then you can take the more sensible course of forgiving people and forgetting.

go beat the **** out of someone. you'll feel a lot better.

i feel the same way, its the fakeness of life that really gets me. i thought that if i talk to someone it'll be better but it doesn't because everytime i try, the person always tells everyone or stops talking to me. i don't want anyone to think there's something wrong and that i have problems. i have trouble telling the truth.

find someone you don't know to talk to, like a psychiatrist

Scientology is in hassle-free terms slightly much less risky than leaping into an energetic volcano. study their teachings in case you like, yet stay far off from their church. Noone could desire to could desire to spend 4 circumstances what they make in an entire life to alter into enlightened.
