Im talking about a guy that doesn't at all care about a girl, her feelings or anyone else. what is the worse damage he can do?

I would say the worse thing he could say would be "no", or are you crazy or who knows. Maybe he will surprise everyone and say "yes". If he does say something negative, it crush her self esteem.
