Cosmo's website has a lot of articles on how to do it... there's one called "Oral Sex: A Step-by-Step Guide" and "Top Ten Tricks for His Best Oral Ever" and tons more... it should help you out and give you enough info.. but it's a good idea to just pay attention to your b/f and see what he seems to like the most..

There have been other questions on this, so do a search. Secondly make sure YOU want to do this. If YOU don't want to do this, then tell him its not for you. After that, you have to decide if you are going to it until he releases or just for a while. There are few wrong ways unless you bite! The main thing is not to do anything in bed YOU do not want to do. You should be in control, not him.
If you do decide to do it, do as the other gal said...ask him what he wants. Another way is to let him squeeze your hand with his when he likes what you are doing. The harder he squeezes his hand the more you are doing the right thing. It may be easier for him that saying.
Also think about using a non-lub condom or a flavored one. You can still catch things you don't want.
