There are many ways. If your not shy you can ask him straight forward. If you are shy then have a friend do it for you or you can write a note to him this is always a less stressful way. My friends asked out my crush that way for me and i felt better than i might then asking him directly. But the worst ways are over any ways over the internet. Good luck and be wise!

In a casual manner, that way if they decline your request you will not feel as disappointed. You may begin by saying that a few of you are going out and keep it casual , but who knows you may get a chance to talk one on one.That is one example or you can always just ask if they would like to go out with you.
