iMesh is just like any other file sharing program (Limewire, etc)...the software itself is legal, yes. But if you are using it to share/download copyrighted files and haven't paid for them then those files are illegal.
You don't want to use iMesh anyway...I have heard it is full of spyware. There are better alternatives.

I havent used imesh in a long time, but if you dont have to pay for it monthly, or per song no its not legal.

what is it? post a link and maybe i can tell. based on the other answer, it looks like its for downloading music. if you dont have to pay for the music then its probably not legal. post the link so i can tell for sure!
