I don't know...when people regret speaking without thinking, they usually say something to hurt someone. But if you don't aim when you shoot, than you're NOT going to hurt the person that you were shooting at in the first place. I'd probably say false.

true. i speak without think and shoot without aiming all the time. then i get in trouble for both.
