A full-size bed is larger than a twin. A full-size is near the size of a queen bed, just a little shorter.

A full bed is larger than a twin bed, mostly in width but also in height. I used to have a twin bed, but then I got a full bed and it's much bigger than a twin.

Full, but not by a heck of a lot........... neither one is really geared toward more than one person.
