Absolutely! Both are on 42nd Street. Come out on the 42nd Street side of Grand Central, make a right (heading West), and walk to Eighth Avenue. You'll even get a look at Times Square as a bonus! If you get turned around coming out of Grand Central, just ask someone- we're a friendly lot. Have fun!

PS: If you're as young as your Avatar, should take about ten minutes!

Grand Central and Port Authoriity are about six long blocks apart. When you get to Eighth Avenue, look for the statue of Jackie Gleason as Ralph Kramden, the bus driver, outside. Hope you're not carrying anything heavy. If you arrive at Grand Central on the subway (as opposed to a railroad), you are entitled to a free bus transfer, so you can get the westbound 42nd Street crosstown bus right outside Grand Central Station. If you are carry heavy and cumbersome things, spend the $2 and take the bus - if you have to stop every ten steps and put your packages down, and rearrange them, you won't enjoy the walk.
