ive just lost 25 pounds in a month and this is an example of my daily diet:

breakfast: 1 banana and 1 serving of non fat yogurt
10am 1 piece of fruit and a couple wheat thins
lunch: salad with 1/2 can of tuna (no mayo)
2:30pm another piece of fruit
dinner: 1/2 steamed or grilled chicken breast, steamed vegetables and a little bit of brown rice

i was working out 30 minutes a day, but have since then increaed it to 80 minutes. 20 minutes on the eliptical, 20 on the rowing machine, 20 minutes of walking on a treadmill, and 20 minutes of weight training

ive cut out all sodas and juices, drink 3 liters of water a day, and take a multi vitamin.

hope i helped a bit :)

The eggs might be a bit much since they are loaded with bad cholesterol and high fats. They do have high protein but the cholesterol will win out and shut your arteries off. No matter how much you exercise the cholesterol will do it's damage.

The 2 eggs for breakfast is fine, but you need some grains in your diet, possibly during the lunch time. Make something like a turkey wrap or even a sandwich. Maybe try adding a couple hundred more calories to your diet so that you can have some give room for snacks or other meals you may want. Restricting yourself to a certain diet will ensure failure down the road. Having a good selection helps alot.

This does sound like crash dieting. I'd advise against that just because you'll end up gaining back more weight when you take yourself of this diet.

This will undoubtedly make you lose weight, but also rob yourself of essential nutrients that are in foods that make you healthy. Take multi-vitamins and drink a ton of water. Water is the most neglected yet most important part of a diet.

I hope this helps a little.

That isn't very healthy.
Eat one egg for breakfast with a serving of a high fiber cereal, nonfat milk, and a fruit serving.
Mid morning snack: have an apple with 1 ounce of low fat or fat free cheeze.
For lunch, substitute your 2 eggs with 4 ounces of chicken breast instead. Have a small salad with it with a fat free vinegarette and other green vegies, beets, onions, peppers on top.
For dinner, have a protein (4 ounces of chicken, turkey, fish or low fat beef) and a cup of cooked carrots and another vegie or small salad. After 2 weeks, add a half a cup of brown or wild rice.
Keep away from white starchy things like potatoes, white rice and processed carbs like bread.
You'll lose alot of weight but it will be more balanced. You'll have a better chance of keeping it off too.
Also, make sure you do at least a half an hour of vigorous cardio work to burn calories and fat.

I'm sure you could but that does not sound very healthy. My mom is on a low carbohydrate diet and it really helped her lose some of her weight. Its about 45 carbohydrates per meal and a 15 carb snack in between with a long walk at night. If you get hungry on this most green veggies are carb free. You can try this or talk to your doctor who might have a better plan for you.

Eww I would puke if I ate that many eggs. I think its to many, becuase eggs are filled with like calories. So maybe just eat eggs for breakfast and something else for lunch. But I think you would lose weight anyway. Good luck, I as well am trying to figure out my perfect meal plan!
