i'm 5ft 6" 110lbs. i don't want to loose weight, just tone up and be fit. should i do cardio? i already do yoga 2 times a week

cardio is an excelent way to be fit, it's great for your cardeovascular system. if your 110 at 5'6 I don't think you've got much weight to be lost so I wouldn't be too worried, just make sure to eat enough.
Light weight training is also a good way to tone up, you wont bulk up if you stick to lower weights and high repititions.

Cardio is good for everyone. If you do it a few times a week and eat a small amount more, you won't lose weight but you will be healthier.

Add a little cardio to make sure that your heart is healthy.

everyone should. it exercises 2 of the things you need most...heart and lungs.
