You don't want to drop weight that fast because it is unhealthy and you will gain all the weight back very fast. You are 13 years too young to worry about such things.

First, lets start you on a diet. You can eat what you like but it's all about proportions. Eat a meal 4-5 times a day but every 3-4 hours. So what can you eat? Lay off the bread, lay off the starch (starch breaks down into sugar), and lay off the dairy for atleast 1-2 weeks. Drink lots of water...water is your best friend. Drinking lots of water will cleanse your body, so you'll be running to the bathroom a lot.

For your breakfast, and this is just an example, a bowl of oatmeal and a side of grapes...or maybe even yogurt, but the key is you need to be hungry in the next 3-4 hours for your next meal.

After 1-2 weeks you would've probably lost 5lbs., which is 1lb each day with little exercise. Then you can start having dairy but maybe once or every other week...depending on what's in it. Just don't get too carried away :D

Listen dude you can train your body to do whatever you want it to do, but you have to WANT to do it. Good luck!

Although I cant assure you that you will lose 50 pounds in 3 months, this plan will help you lose weight.

I am 13 years old, 5'4'' and 100 pounds. I am currently trying to lose about 10 pounds. This is what i do:

Breakfast- Oatmeal (about 140 calories) and Skim Milk (75 calories)
Snack- Granola Bar (100 calories)
Lunch- Sandwich and Fruit (300 calories)
Snack- 1 cup of blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)
Dinner- Salad with eggs, cheese, meat, a little bit of dressing and chicken breast (400 calories)
Desert- Blueberries w/ Splenda (80 calories)

Exercise- 1 hour of PE (running, exercise, stretches, etc.) and 100 crunches, 50 ups per leg, and 30 pushups at home

Well thats what im doing right now and I think it works. You should try this and you should see results in a month. I know its not really fast but its a healthy and safe way to lose weight. Also, its not really dieting because its yummy. :] I hope this works for you!

You can't. If you are lazy, then obviously, your weight doesn't bother you. You are overweight now because you are lazy. Sure, it's so easy to sit in front of the TV or computer and eat, never go out and really exercise. That's why you weigh 160. It will NOT magically come off. You have to do the work. If you aren't willing to do what it takes, then you will be going to your graduation weighing 160.....and possibly even more wince you have a few more months to gain even more weight. I'm not being mean, I am being honest with you.

You might not like this but, it's not healthy for you to lose 50lbs in 3 months. If you wanted to lose 50lbs in 6 months that might be more doable, but not if you're a little lazy.

You can lose a chunk of that by changing your eating habits, like don't eat any fast foods, or high fat foods like fries, drink a ton of water, and do some exercise. Try walking around the block a couple times every day or load your back pack up with books and walk up and down stairs.

My favorite exercise is dancing around in my room to techno music. Anything that gets your heart pounding in your chest will make you lose weight. If you can do that for longer periods of time then you'll lose more weight.

It's all about being active and eating a lot more healthy. You seem like you really want it, I think you'll go really far. Hope this helps!

If you want to lose 50 lbs. in 3 months, you can't be lazy AT ALL. It's a pretty lofty goal, but it can be done if you put your mind to it.

However, don't try this until you talk to your doctor. Losing that amount of weight in such a short amount of time while your body is still growing could be dangerous without proper knowledge and supervision for someone so young as you.

Stick with it but be more flexible with yourself. Maybe give yourself a year to get to your ideal weight. And don't do it for anyone else, do it for you.

You should talk to your doctor first. With you wanting to lose this much weight and your age you should at least talk to the nurse at your doctors office. In the mean time walk about a mile a day and this can be done at school during lunch time....stay away from fast foods and eat more fruits and vegetables....stay away from junk foods, chips, sodas, cookies, and anything that is high in fat. Pick one day a week to weight in and list it on a chart and see the results,,,reward yourself with something other than food. Cut out a picture out of a magazine of the weight that you want to be and put it where you will see it everyday...see yourself thin but not model thin....take vitamines everyday.

you can't. Not without major surgery. Besides, there is no "average weight for a 13 year old" whoever told you that is crazy.

Don't worry about weight so much. I've been very fat and then very thin. I felt my worst about myself when I was thin. Nobody wanted to be around me because I was too emotional and depressed all the time.

You cannot safely do this. Try being less lazy. Eat proper things and in the right portion sizes and start walking or other forms of excersize. The weight will come off like that.

Uhh, pretty much your only hope of doing this would be to eat 50 calories a day. Sorry. It takes about 1/2 a year or more to lose that much healthily.

You can't loose that much weight in that short of time and expect it to stay off. Ask your mom if you can join Weight Watchers. I have lost 12 pounds in 6 weeks and that is great!
How tall are you?
