Neither take the money nor say anything. Have compassion for your brother and don't benefit of the disgrace of others. Be merciful and leave the judgement to God alone, to whom alone it belongs.

Do what you feel is right but be careful.

Taking money under those circumstances could be considered extortion (you never know what might happen if he winds up getting a messy divorce).

Best advice - don't take any money. Just keep quiet.

Just stay out of it. His wife might be the crazy jealous shotgun-toting type.

Why do people get so bent out of shape over getting snagged kissing someone else anyway? I could not possibly care less if my husband kissed another girl, or did anything else with her for that matter.

no, you shouldnt take his money. cause first of all, he's lying to his wife, and if you take the money then you will be lying to everyone that should know about it. he's desperate to not be found out, but he knew better.

but to make matters worse for him, tell his wife what he did and what he was going to pay you to be quiet. The guy KNEW better. you get what you deserve.

So you want to be part of his sin? You must be a sick man to even think of taking money to keep his sin hidden. He was only crying cause he got caught.

Take the money and give it to his wife. Do the right thing and maybe she will give it back to you. That way you will have a clear conscience.

tell him 50 a week for a year.

consider it a tithe, and a donation to you as his confessional.

you see the facade many religious 'pretenders' have.
this situation is more common than you think.
