Acts 3:19 - Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
I believe that the times of refreshing means when Christ comes back in the Clouds of Glory to call out the body of believers, to be changed into a body fit for Heaven, to meet Christ in the air and to be with Him for ever.

I haven't but I have heard the term "refrigarium" which describes the idea that the damned have holidays from Hell, and served as the basis for C. S. Lewis' "The Great Divorce."

The re-whaa? Let me see...
Jeez, another slicked-up, java-ized hip-hop praise club in a shiny green wrapper.
"...evangelistic and discipling (Is that a word?) ministry..." "...effectively compelling others to come into the Kingdom of God..." Looks all wet to me.
