Grooming is an important social act. Do you groom your cat, if not do. It is ver rewarding and they love it

He's grooming you. Think yourself lucky - when my girl cat is feeling cuddly she likes to groom my head from the back of the sofa - and will use both her paws, including claws, to hold my head in place!

Probably needs comfort, thinks you need comfort or you have salty hands - they love salt licks.
