I heard this yesterday and I'm just trying to get some feedback.

That would depend upon several things. Walking too much is bad. It's hard to walk too much, but it can be done. Using too great a weight is bad. You want to exert effort without damaging tissue. It's a type of repetitive motion. ANY motion can be overdone. Listen to your body. If it hurts more than it should, stop.

probably depending on the how much weight ur carrying...if its a pound or so, i wouldn't think so at all. it could b hard on ur knees (every pound over ur healthy weight feels like 10lbs on ur knees). if u feel any abnormal pain i would stop, otherwise i wouldn't exceed carrying 2 pounds
