The only TRUE place to get your score is through myfico.com. You can save 20% on your purchase by entering discount code CPPSAVINGS or for the month of February use FEBDELUXE.

There are other scores out there. Many are not the real thing. Currently most creditors either use FICO or their own internal scoring system.

The credit bueaus have begun their own score model called "vantagescore" This score has not taken off yet with most creditors so if you're going to spend the dough..you may as well buy the real thing and go with myfico for purchase.

The true place to get your credit score would be at myFico.com. You will have to pay for the score though. If you are only wanting a gauge on your score instead of something exact and accurate, see the link below. Don't use the gauge (estimate) if you are planning to obtain a loan or credit card soon. It is only o be used as a gauge.

If your in canada there's only two places agencies that keep track of you credit, Equifax & Transunion. go to either of their websites and you can get a copy of your credit bureau.
