I am male 5'7" 135 lb with a 33" waist. I used to have a 27" waist. I'm only 15 and my body fat is 25%. I've gained all 6 inches over the past year and a half and can't seem to stop. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm really concerning myself and I used to be the skinny one of all my friends and now I'm fatter than them!

Control your calorie intake males 1000-1200 to lose weight and 2700 to maintain. Eat less takeway, less sugars, less bread. Excersing 20 minutes a day helps. Dont have beer!!! only on special ocasions, due to the yeast content in has too much carbohydrates. Just remember sugar also turns to fat if you dont burn it.
