Your little sister requires about 10 hours of sleep..she should be in bed at 8 and up around 7am.. Just remind her that you do all of your growing while you are asleep, so if she wants to be tall, she better rest.. In the night, is the only time your bones have a chance to grow.

It would help your concentration in school if you had seven to eight hours of sleep......
If I may suggest removing the television from her room and get her a radio CD player instead......About 9:00 PM or so she should be in her bed put the radio on a station that plays soft age appropriate music or CD, she should fall asleep.
As for you get your text book and review the lesson of the day for the subject that you least like....Didn't you say the class was boring?

Everyone needs about 8 hours of sleep. Too little sleep or too much sleep, and you will have a hard time going through the day.

There is something called melatonin. I take it to help me fall asleep. It is sold over the counter at Wal greens. The best brand to buy is natrol. My 16 yr old daughter takes it, but you need to have your parents check to see if it's safe your little sister to take it. I swear by this stuff. I fought with not being able to fall asleep for a long time & then my boss told me about this stuff. Like I said the best brand is natrol, it has a purple label.
