Pills that promise a fat loss would do all the wrong things to your body and the effects are never permanent, however, there are pills that can increase your metabolism, which washes off fat as soon as you start doing some exercise.

Pills with exercise is the solution and I bet you can lose more than 20 pounds but exercise is the key and guess what all you have to do is be on treadmill for only 30 min a day !!! it is TOTALLY worth it !

Go to Hi Health website or store and pick up X-rated fat reduction pills. They are good and safe!

You've got to be kidding about wanting a pill, right? I'm sorry, but there is NO SUCH THING as a "magic pill" that causes you to lose weight in certain places more than other places. If you go on a diet to lose weight in general, you will most likely lose SOME of that weight in your butt and thighs, although not all of it will be from those places. However, if you do go on a diet, please DON'T use any type of diet pill. They have many more dangers than benefits. Choose a well-recognized plan like Weight Watchers, or have a plan designed for your by a registered dietician or nutritionist. You could also hire a personal trainer to help you with the exercise component involved in successful dieting. Or simply join a gym that appeals to you.

One last thing -- in some people, there's a GENETIC trait that causes them to have larger-than-normal deposits of fat in the butt and/or thighs. I know some folks like that, in fact. Even with significant weight loss, too much fat stays in those areas. If that situation applies to you, and if you really can't stand it, liposuction is always an option. However, it's expensive and not without its dangers. Hopefully between diet and exercise, you'll learn to like your body and be happy with it -- or at least satisfied with it -- so that you don't have to try anything extreme like surgery.

In any case, good luck! :)

Its impossible to safely lose 20 lbs by april. There is no such pill or diet that will do that. Learn to love your body the way it is, I have a big but and thighs and my bofriend loves it all. Girls are even jelouse sometimes. Don't pay attention to anyone making fun of you, they are not true friend so what does it matter what they think. For safe weight loss results eat healthier meals and be active three times a week in a sport or something. Its all in your confidence. Love your but and others will too. Good luck.

The best way to lose weight is to drink TONS of water- but not all in one go! Also eat small but regular meals with lots of protien- cut down on oily, fried foods , fatty foods and sugary things. Eat lots of vegetables and boiled/ roasted foods instead- soup is one of the healthiest food options! To lose weight in your thighs you need to excersise at a constant routine- set yourself a time, place and activity every day. One day could be a simple walk, the next a long run. Remember that losing weight takes time and patience. At your age your body is still a little unbalanced so make sure you don't starve yourself or anything. If you keep up a healthy routine then your body will be slim for years- especially when your older! You don't think that girl in the picture got their in a day- did you? ;) Good Luck!

I know this is not what you want to hear, but there is no pill. My wife's a doctor who gets these requests all the time and there simply is no pill that you can take that will make you lose weight fast. You have to monitor your diet and you have to exercise. Give up your fantasy about a magic pill and take responsibility for your condition and get on it! Exercise, burn more calories than you ingest. It's a simple equation, but YOU have to take charge and do it.

There is no pill only surgery if you do not exercise, and if you have and it does not change your size then accept yourself and love yourself as you are. Until then you want find someone to love you as you are. Don't use diet pills they can hurt your body more than they can help. Your organs have to process the chemicals and sometimes they permanently damage them and that's something these companies don't advertise. People die from these pills sometimes.

If you care about looks more than your health you have a problem, and its not being overweight. Workout eat balanced meals, reduce fats and sugars. But no pill will make you skinny. Dropping too much weight too fast can be deadly. Talk to your MD before doing anything.

Science may one day discover a pill for over-sized thighs and butts but it hasn't done so yet. And probably never will.

No such pill exists. You could take fat burners or carb blockers such as Stacker 2 or Hydroxicut. Combine with some excercise and youll have good results.
