well i believe if you fall in love with someone the Love for them is always there.. although at the one time you fell out of love with them and in love with someone else or you hated them.. you still if you truly felt LOVE for them then you will always care about them and love them. so not necessarily Again.. because it's still there.. it just can show itself again. yes.
