if you're telling someone like your girlfriend it would be

"que es bueno mi amor"

That's the literal translation. I'm not sure what context you're using that in.

"Que pasa mi amor?!" === "what's good baby?" as in "what's up baby/how hav u been baby?"

the ppl on here gave u a wrong answer as they didnt get de context right.

if u use the literal translation it doesn't work. it looks like u're trying to say it to a girl or boy so what u would say is "oye bebe como estas"
