Unfortunately there is no over the counter cure for stress! I believe your skin reacts to how your body feels both on the inside and the outside. I know i have suffered from stress over the past few years and am a great believer of alternative therapies. I have reflexology and body massages and they definitely help my body relax. If you take some time out for yourself and lie down and listen to some relaxing music......hopefully this may help in some way.

It is not the skin condition I would worry about. It can/could get so much worse. You need to just relax. stress does not make anything better.
