Sure. Your beliefs should be mutually respected.
That's what friendship is.

read 2 Cor 6:14!!! the title is:
Warning against Pagan Influences
"do not try to work together as equals with unbelievers, for it cannot be done. How can right and wrong be parteners? How can light and darkness live together? How can Christ and the Devil agree? What does a believer have in common with an unbeliever? How can God's temple come to terms with pagan idols? For we are the temple of the living God!"

Yes, but be careful. It is essential that you keep yourself right with God. If you can work on changing your pagan friend's belief system, go for it--a lot of people choose to be pagan because they are disgusted with church--for others the belief is deeper and harder to change.

Jesus made friends with all sorts of scoundrels and low-lifes. He treated them as equals and friends, and was able to turn many of them around, both in their lives on earth and in heaven. But he never became one of them. If you can avoid the danger of following them, there is no reason to shut them out of your life.

On a re-read, I've implied something unintentionally. Pagans aren't scoundrels or low-lifes. They are just missing a portion of the truth.

if Christians do not have friends that are unbelievers, how is the unbeliever going to hear about the love of Christ? Who did Jesus spend most of his time with? Yes, the unbeliever. By the way all Christians were pagans saved by the grace of Almighty God. Let us not forget that.

I know of more pagans willing to be a christian's friend than vice versa. Christians must practice what they preach... love and tolerance. Sadly, most don't.

I hope so. My best friend of many years is a Christian--and her son is a preacher. They are wonderful people and I would sorely miss them if they were to suddenly decide to segregate themselves from me. We respect each other's beliefs and our different religions have never been an issue. In fact, we've learned about each other's religion.

Jesus was in company with publicans, but if a brother turn to be so, treat him so.

Matt.18:15 Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother.

Matt.18:16 But if he will not hear thee, then take with thee one or two more, that in the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established.

Matt.18:17 And if he shall neglect to hear them, tell it unto the church: but if he neglect to hear the church, let him be unto thee as an heathen man and a publican.

Well, Christians aren't supposed to judge people right? Love thy neighbor, etc. So yeah.... you should be a pagans friend. Only God can judge... not you.

Wouldn't it be nice if everyone could just be friends without judgement of spirituality?

Beyond that, Christians should be friends with everyone regardless of the other person's religious beliefs. We are called to love everyone.

Matthew 5:44,45 But I say unto you, love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you; That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh His sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Sounds like friendship is in order to me. Best of luck.

Why not.
I have one for mine.
He went back to the pagan religion.
I was displeased but what are you going to do.
I don't know why he went back but I have a suspicion it was the woman he lives with that caused it.

Similar to the garden operation.
