If you're worrying alot about your relationship then that would cause you to be anxious and tense, simply because you're worrying.
Try and figure out a solution to your problem and if you need some help, just talk to your partner about what's troubling you.

its most likely a minor food allergy. I used to have anxiety attacks all of the time. I found out I was allergic to wheat, soy, eggs and dairy, and when I gave them up, the problem resolved completely. Try keeping a food journal (free online nutridiary.com) to see if you get worse within 36 hours of eating certain foods. Try this for a few weeks, to see if you notice a pattern, or get allergy testing done.

Have your meds run out? Try to get your prozac scipt filled again. Lots of people wonder whats wrong with them when the drugs wear off. Do not be alarmed you are having EMOTIONS a problem many people used alcohol to deal with before the wonderful prescription drug bonanza we have now exsisted.

You are so excited about your new relationship but you are concerned that because you haven't been totally honest or intuition tells you that he isn't being totally honest with you.
You aren't sure if the relationship will last.....
Honesty is the best policy

could be the coming of spring... getting you all worked up inside and giving you a lot of nervous energy...

and maybe if you're in a new relationship it could be cuz you're worried it will get screwed up since you're not in the comfort stage yet.
