18 by law but i have seen sum kids get tattoos as long as there parents sign for them and etc...but most tattoo artist wont allow it unless they are 18

well you're suppose to be 18 and older or have guardian where I'm from. But i know tons of ppl who are underaged and have tattoos, they all get it from downtown or so because they don't check for age there.
