God created Adam and Eve first--Adam from the dust on the ground and Eve from one of Adam's ribs- See Genesis 1.
Then we were are all descendents....we were born from the womb- anyone after that, that is. God designed man and woman to reproduce.

Ecclesiastes 11:5
As you do not know the way the spirit comes to the bones in the womb of a woman with child, so you do not know the work of God who makes everything.

God created us from Adam and Eves body. God made us out of clay. Here is a scripture that might help you Genesis 1:26-27- Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, [b] and over all the creatures that move along the ground." So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.

Man was created from dust of the ground, and woman was created from the rib of man.

Genesis 3:19 "In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return."

Genesis 2:22 "And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man."
