I have two measures for the same sample, one of concentration of sediment (in mg/l) and the other of dissolved solids (also in mg/l) the second being 10 times bigger than the first. Why is there a difference ?

The sediment is not dissolved...things like dirt and leaf particles, sand and clay particles, depending on how you sampled you may or may not have alot of this.

Dissolved solids might be salts, calcium...but things that are completely in solution.

Imagine a glass, put a spoonful of sand, a spoonful of salt...the salt (after dissolving of course) is the dissolved solids, and the sand would be the sediment.
