At the supermarket. Marie Callendars has a mix, it isn't corn bread but something like corn pudding; it's served with an ice cream scoop.

I believe it's called polenta, but I don't know exactly how to make it. It is made from corn meal or masa. Perhaps you could find a recipe for polenta on the net.
