i know that my ex bf still loves me but he wants to stay friends for right now because he's trying to get his life back together and plus i think because so many people are still trying to cause drama between us and i think it's really stressing him out because he wanted to talk to me before and now he seems so tense all the tim and kind of upset so what should i do ,should i wait for him oh and our relashinship before wasnt bad it was actually great it was because other cricumstances in his life were way to much so we broke up

Being friends doesn't mean you have to talk to each other every day. Actually, the less contact, the better. Good friends will stay that way regardless of how much time passes between contacts.

Give him (and you) some space. Be his best friend and support him when he needs support...even if it means that you will only be friends with him for the rest of your life.

Good friends are hard to find, so don't despair fulfillng that role for him.

It is still possible that you and he will progress beyond friendship, but it has to come along on its own.

As the old song goes, "You can't hurry love."
