Slow down. Be patient. Girls do not like it when they feel pushed to go out with someone. Be sweet and talk to her. If she knows you like her then tell her you love her. If she doesnt know then TELL HER.. She won't go out with someone who she doesn't know likes her.

Just be yourself. If the girl finds out that your a fake, shell dump you. Try being really nice to her, like comenting on how pretty she looks, or that she has nice hair, or that you like the outfit shes waring, (not all three at the same time though.). Be real. Or, you can just ask to go for coffe sometime. Not dinner if you dont know her that well. Coffee is good. Just sit down and talk to her. If she sais no, then dont be devistated, she just isnt the one for you. Good luck!
