I have been trying to download the software for my blutooth dongle onto my computer from the software disc and the setup process gets to a stage where is says access is denied and cannot setup. Why is this happening?

When u put the disc in the drive , right click it and then click explore ... once u have done that try and run the install from there , thats how i had to do it ...

i also have tried to install this dongle, does yr address say 11.11.11.11.11.11? or similar? i have checked out forums and this is a 'used' address therefore it wont work. i havent found the answer yet, 've mailed the suppliers, no answer, i think its a rip, i tried everything, wasted about 3.5 hours!

try to find the info file ur self, and install it many times till it recognizes the hardware u r intalling

hi Mycomputers->homes->hardware->de... supervisor. in case you notice the bluetooth image interior the checklist then the hardware is detected. Then exchange the settings interior the bluesoleil to the enter container. in the experience that your cellular can come across the gadget then exchange the settings in accordance to that.
