well, many try to deny the fact that muslims took a major role in history. what do you think happened in that major gap during the dark ages? the whole world didn go to sleep. in fact, the islamic empire was at its heights, while rome was at its lows. they were skiled at arts, sciences, astronomy, etc. they are even the reason [thank God] that we dont use roman numerals and a whole bunch of dashes and such, but instead use 123456789... they contributed many words in our language that are a part of the things they were most skilled at, such as in math and such. if a word starts with al [the, in arabic], it came from the islam people and something they created, contributed to or were very good at. ALgebra, ALgorithms, etc. trust me, this is only the beginning of what has been ultimately left out of the textbooks. now that you have a little bit of a background...yeah, i think its a possibility that the muslims will reign again. if they do...well, yeah. muslims have a rough history of being prejudiced against becuase of their religion. they will doubtlessly want revenge, adn the ability to ccuase evil to the people that repeatedly did such to them. starting with the worst, according to the muslim religion, the aetheists. don worry. if the muslims take over, it prolly won be within the next few generations. itll prolly be at least 5 generations if the muslims gain power in the world. if they do, the aethiests are in trouble.

No matter the wide differences between Atheists, Christians, etc, we still manage to keep a peace between us, no matter how uneasy it may be. And I think I speak for quite a few when I say the one thing that everyone can agree on is not letting a violent religion such as this take over.

Islamist does not = Muslim. But in any case, while we atheists don't want to die for any god, we have no problem making sure the other dumb b**tard dies for his. All the same, I think we can sit on the sidelines and watch the "people of the book" slaughter each other over the supposedly same god as they have from the beginning, and afterward the atheists shall inherit the earth.

Muslims will never take over. They don't have the resources or the manpower to do so.
We're smart enough to pretend to be Muslims or convert to Islam to stay alive if that ever happens.

If that were to happen, the Jews would be first, then the Christians that don't choose to convert...then the Atheists who don't convert. So, I think the Atheists have a better chance...IF that were to happen.
