Reciprocated eye contact.
I do ask guys to dance at the bars but I don't "hit" on them with any other expectations. However, if I did.......his eye contact to mine would be all the message/encouragement I would need to know he is interested.

Plain and simple-- the desire to be with someone like that. Wanna pick and be with losers... look for them at a bar, a NAZI or skinhead rally, the John Birch Society or even a brothel for guys. In a bar, being choosey is not an art... just point, click and away you go.

Well...they should be relatively good-looking. If they dress well, that's a BIG plus. If they smell good, (nice cologne, but not TOO much) that's a plus. If they look like they're fun and intelligent, that's another big plus.
