Not really, They're all being protected by our court systems under the witness protection agencies

What do you mean "Can you get a witness" ?
The Bible tells us that the Holy Spirit witnesses to our spirit. That would mean that when we know that we are doing the wrong thing, then the Holy Spirit will prod our conscience to let us know that we are in error. If we continue to disregard the 'Still Small Voice' of the Holy Spirit; then we could run the risk of having a seered conscience, whereby our hearts get hardened and our spirit can die. That 'Witness' will also come in confimation and you yourself will know in the righteousness of Jesus when God has spoken, directed or set up a situation for you. also the knowledge that you are in God's will and good favour is 'Witness' to your spirit.
There is also the 'Witnes' of God's Grace in terms of:
Answered Prayers
Healing
Deliverance
Miracle Testemony
The Witness of God's Spirit to your Spirit (When Deep Cries out to Deep!).
I am a 'Witness'; I have been delivered; I do know the touch of the Holy Spirit. I have called out to God and asked for His help, even though I knew that I did not deserve any favour 'at all' God said to me
"You will have to accept My Son Jesus Christ as the atoning Sacrifice for all of you sins, and I will redeem you!"
I know that from that day to this, I have been in God's Grace, and that He pours out His Goodness and Mercy upon me every day; in Jesus name, amen!
You have my witness.
